These pickups were created at the request of touring musicians and offer a denser sound compared to classic PAF.

   The set is wax-potted to eliminate feedback with high-gain tones.

The covers are thinner than those on classic PAF, and they also lack copper plating.

   The winding pattern replicates the original pattern of the vintage Leesona 102 winding machine.
